Midlife Brow Maintenance

As we age (and after menopause ) we produce less of the hormone prostaglandin. This is the hormone that stimulates eyebrow growth. This can result in brows becoming thinner, the hair changing texture (often becoming a little more coarse), changing colour and the occasional longer hair can randomly appear. So for beautifully maintained midlife brows, invest in a good magnifying mirror and check which of the following tips are relevant to you.

1. Rethink the shape-

quite simply, thinning brows are ageing. Now is the time to book a professional eyebrow expert to tell you which shape is going to be the most flattering for your face. Tinting them will deal with random grey hairs and also make thinning brows appear thicker.

2. Skinny and sparse?

Now may be the time to consider semi permanent microblading if your brows really have stopped growing or if they are simply too thin. 3. Don’t go too dark -
